PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment 1522, the Christchurch Drainage Board HEREBY RESOLVES that the boundary of the sais Special Area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto, and FURTHER RESOLVES that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision "B” of the said Special Area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision "B” shall be altered accordingly so as to include al! those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Wharenui Hamlet, thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 2, Sections 3,4, and 5 of the said Wharenui Hamlet, thence easterly southerly and westerly along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries respectively of the said Section 5, Wharenui Hamlet, to the eastern side of Middleton road, thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern sides of Middleton road, thence across Middleton road to the northern side of Green’s’ lane, thence westerly along the northern side of Green’s lane to the southwestern corner of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 214, Folio 277 (Canterbury District Land Registry), thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Certificate of Title Volume 214, Folio 277 to the said southwestern corner of Lot 1 on Deposit Plan 7071, thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, Deposit Plan 7071, to a point 3 chains west of Middleton road, thence northerly parallel to Middleton road and three chains distant therefrom to a point on the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement. SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALT, that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern side of Quinns road and the Special Area boundary; thence proceeding easterly along the said Special Area boundary bearing 89 degrees 17 minutes distance 200 links; thence northerly and easterly bearing 179 degrees 17 minutes distance 554 links and bearing 89 degrees 17 minutes distance 240 links; thence northerly and westerly bearing 179 degrees 17 minutes distance 244 links and bearing 359 degrees 17 minutes distance 278 links; thence north-easterly bearing 342 degrees approximate distance 245 links and bearing 339 degrees 45 minutes approximate distance 87 links approximately; thence northerly and easterly bearing 180 degrees distance 230 links and bearing 90 degrees distance 75 links; thence northerly and westerly bearing 180 degrees distance 225 links and bearing 89 degrees 17 minutes distance 185 linksf to the eastern side of Quinns road; thence southerly generally along the eastern side of that road to the point of commencement. THIRD SCHEDULE. ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the south-eagtern corner of Lot 2 on Plan Deposited in the Canterbury District Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 7811, thence southerly and south-westerly along the western side of Centaurus road to the south-western corner of Lot 10 on Deposit Plan No. 7826 thence northerly and easterly along the western and northern boundaries of the said Lot 10 Deposit Plan No. 7826 to the western corner of Lot 7 on the said Deposit Plan No. 7826, thence north-easterly and northerly along the western boundaries of the said Lot 7, Lots 6,5, 4,3, 2, and 1 on the said Deposit Plan No. 7826 to the north-west-ern corner of the said Lot 1 Deposit Plan No. 7826 being a point on the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE ALL that area of land in tne Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the north-western "corner of Lot 2 on Deposit Plan No. 6600. thence southerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 2 Deposit Plan No 6660 to and across Grange street to the north-eastern corner of Lot 11 Deposit Plan No. 11204, thence southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Lot 11 Deposit Plan No. 11204 to a point on the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement. FIFTH SCHEDULE. ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the north-eastern corner of Lot 7 Deposit Plan No. 4503, thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 7, Lots 8 and 9 on the said Deposit Plan No. 4503, and Lot 1 on Deposit Plan No. 7434 to the northern corner of Lot 5 of the said Deposit Plan No. 4503, thence easterly, southeasterly, and southerly along the northern, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of the said Lot 5 Deposit Plan No. 4503 to the north-western side of Centaurus road, thence south-westerly along the north-western side of Centaurus road to the eastern side of Aynsley terrace, thence northerly along the eastern side of Aynsley terrace and a line in prolongation thereof to a point on the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement.

SIXTH SCHEDULE. ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the northernmost corner of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 12882, thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Opawa road to the easternmost corner of Lot 9 on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882, thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 9, Lots 8 and 6 on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882, thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 6, Lots 3,2, and the said Lot 1, on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882 to the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE. ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary on the right bank of the River Heathcote and a line in prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 7561, thence southerly to the north-eastern corner of the said Lot 1.
