NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between Frederick William Johnston and Howard Karl Kippenberger in the legal practice carried bn at Rangiora under the style of “Johnston and Kippenberger," • has been dissolved *by mutual consent by the retirement of Mr Kippenberger from the Partnership. The Practice will in future be carried on by Mr JohfiStoh under the Style of Johnston and Kfopenberger. Although Mr Kippenberger Bas’retired from the partnership, he still retains an interest in the Practice for a period.
