NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920, the Rating Act, 1925, the Wafer Suoply Act, 1908, and Amendments thereto, that it is the Intention of the Malvern County Council at its next ordinary meeting to be held on Friday, the 2nd day of July, 1943, to make and levy the following rates and water charges:— A General Rate of fifteen-thirty-seconds of a penny in the pound bn the capital value of the whole of the rateable property in the Malvern County. A Hospital Rate of seven-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the capital value of the whole of the rateable property in the Malvern County. Water Charges as set out in the Malvern Water-race District Charges By-law. 1941. Such rates and water charges to be ter the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1943, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1944, and to be due and payable in one sum on the 20th day of August, 1943, at the County Office, Darficld.
