INQUEST A verdict of death from heart, failure was returned by the Coroner, Mr F. F. Reid, in an inquest held at Lyttelton yesterday concerning the death of Edward Church, single, a waterside worker, who collapsed and died in the street on Thursday. Medical evidence was given by Dr. B. H. Gilmour. United Nations Day The Mayor (Mr F. E. Sutton) has received a telegram from the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser) asking that business houses at Lyttelton shall fly flags on Monday on the occasion of United Nations Day. CAMPAIGN FOR CHRISTIAN ORDER. A COMBINED SERVICE of the Anglican, Methodist, and Presbyterian Churches will be held at Holy Trinity Church at 6.30 p.m. To-morow.
