FLYING-BOAT MISSING
. CHRISTCHURCH MEN ON BOARD
FLIGHT OVER SEA ON SATURDAY (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 6. A flying boat of the Royal New Zealand Air Force has been reported missing on a sea flight on Saturday with a crew of seven and eight passengers. Extensive searches have been and are being carried out. Missing are:— CREW Squadron Leader Ronald Bruce Leslie MacGregor, A.F.C. Wife, Mrs R. L. MacGregor, Christchurch, Flying Officer Jack Eric Morison. Father, Mr G. L. Morison, Wellington. Pilot Officer Douglass Edmund Wood. Wife, Mrs Rona Wood, Auckland. Flight Sergeant Gordon Marsh Adie.
