RACE AT HAREWOOD In a 15-mlle race held on Saturday afternoon by the Canterbury Amateur Cycling Centre at Harewood, 12 riders took part. V. Tucker won and L. Crossen secured the fastest time, covering the distance in 39min 30sec from scratch Other results were as follows:—V. Tucker (handicap 2min), 39min 58sec, 1; E J. Wille (2min), 39min 58 l-ssec, 2: P. Doyle (21min) 40min 28 2-ssec, 3; N. Dunn (2min), 39mln 58 3-ssec, 4; R. Hall (2J min), 40min 28 4-ssec, 5.
