APPEAL FOR INSURANCE AGENT
AIR FORCE NOT REPRESENTED (P.A.) AUCKLAND, June 3. "The Air Force is not represented here, and will not write and tell us what the position is.” said the Crown representative (Mr F. J. Cox), when an appeal by an insurance company for the exemption of an agency super-
visor from service was heard by the Armed Forces Appeal Court to-day., The company representative said that the reservist was not a Grade 1 man. He had elected to serve in the Air Force. Mr Cox said that if the Air Force 1 wis represented in such cases or gave s written information to the Court of its ) needs the Court could weighs up the J respective Air Force and industrial i requirements. The appeal was adjourned sine die.
