Skinner is to be a major. New Zealand Artillery, Major D. A. Carty is to be a temporary lieutenant-colonel while commanding a regiment. New Zealand Infantry: Major D. G. Steele is to be a temporary lieutenant-colonel while commanding a battalion. Captain R. J. H, Seal is to be a temporary major while commanding a company. Captain B. R. Bullot is to be a temporary major while employed as a General Staff Officer (Second Grade), Headquarters. 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Pacific Section: Captain R. P. Kennedy to be a major. New Zealand Infantry: Captain S. L. Moses to be a major. New Zealand Army Nursing Service, Sister J. T. Sexton to be a temporary charge sister while employed as sub-matron of a general hospital. It is also announced that LieutenantColonel F. L. H. Davis (Pacific Section) is appointed to command a battalion.
