CREWS FOR FRENCH SHIPS AT ALEXANDRIA Vice-Admiral Fenard, chief of the French naval mission to the United States, said that contrary to the genefel impression there •Sire thousands of experienced Trench sailors in North Africa who will quickly supply crews for the French warships at Alexandria. He explained that some are survivors of the warships sunk by the Allies last November and others are officers end men held In reserve outside France in view of the uncertainty of the French Fleet’s fate. —New York, June 2.
