MEXICAN OIL FOR GERMANY

NEW YORK, September 25.
With Mexico fearful that a European conflict would eliminate the German market for the products of the appropriated Anglo-American oilfields, tankers started loading at Tampico at dawn yesterday for a dash to Hamburg. The British are accelerating oil production in Venezuela.
