OBITUARY

CANON A. F. MASKEW News has been received from England by Mr T. A. B. Maskew, "Thornbury." Domett, of the death of his elder brother. Canon /P F. Maskew who was for nearly 50 years vicar of St. Paul's parish, Peterborough, England. Canon . Maskew was in his eighty-fifth year. He was the eldesl son of the Rev. Thomas Katsey Maskew, headmaster of Dorchester Grammar School. Before entering the Church, ffCanon Maskew spent some years on a sheep-farm in Western Texas. During his 50 years as a priest of the Church of England he served under six bishops of Peterborough. Many public tributes were paid to him after his death.
