ANNUAL SPRING MEETING CANTERBURY UNIVERSITY COLLEGE The annual spring athletic meeting of the Canterbury University College Aim- | teur Athletic Club held on the Hagley Park oval on Saturday afternoon attracted more than 100 entries, about the same I number as last year. However, there were more competitors at the meeting on Saturday than at the meeting a year ago. Besides athletes from Canterbury University. College, there were also a number of competitors from Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln. The events were held in fine weather, but a . cold wind rather spoilt' conditions. There was a large attendance of spectators, and the races were run oft in an efficient manner.
