Ship” members, ja school, and : a "Press Ship” club, jA.il are anxious' to work for, arid help the suffering children of China. i From Highbank School came a letter, sent to the editor of. “The Press;” Enclosed was 12s, collected by Audrey Griffiths, and given by the children of the school for the ' phiriese Babies' Fund. The idea was Audrey's own and the other children responded generously. - The money has been placed in “The Press Ship" fund for the children pf China. ; i Then the Joymakors’ ; Club ;(leader, Peggy Barnett) is working for'the same purpose. Great plans have been made by this ■ club and some splendid’ results ’are anticipated. , Peter Fraser, Papanui, also wrote, enclosing Is for the fund.; That makes 13s in cash, already. Lady Gay suggests that, should any club wish to contribute to this. fund a portion of the money raised. at club functions could be. set' aside for the purpose; ’ .We have already our Cholmondeley Home cot fund, and our “Press Ship” Mission fund, but we can help with, this - other cause as well. = The world is wide, 'but- our . hearts» should be wider. . • ■
