CULVERDEN SCHOOL TO REOPEN
The Culverden Primary school which has been closed because of the large number of pupils absent with the measles, will reopen on Monday.
corned Mr I. L. M. Coop, provincial president, who gave a talk to members. An interesting and instructive meeting closed with a hearthy vote of thanks to Mr Coop for his attendance. GOLF CHEVIOT CLUB The following are the results of a bogey match played recently by members of the Cheviot Golf Club:—T. Kerr, all square; J. Rentoul, 1 down; M. Childs, 2 down. A ladies’ bogey match played for a trophy presented by Miss C. Kerr was won by Miss N. Cottrell, 2 down.
