NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheviot County Council proposes at its next meeting, to be held on the 14th day of October. 1938, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £2500 for the purpose of taking over the Cheviot Hall from the Mackenzie Domain Board and carrying out alterations and additions. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Cheviot County Council not later than the day proceeding the said meeting.
