ANNUAL DANCE
AVONSIDE SPORTS CLUB A very successful dance was held in the Jellicoe Hall by the Sports Club of the Avonside High School Old Girls’ Association. Members of the organising committee were Misses G. M. Gebbie, Helen Allard, Betty Hart, Olive Hyde, and Una Kingsland. Music was supplied by the lanthe Dance Orchestra. Amongst those present were Mrs M. Burford, Misses Pat and Joan Wilson, Joy Duckworth, Nola Tonks, Iris Taylor, Elva Tinkler. Joy Lohrey, Yvonne Hibbard, Rene Wood, Ellen Smart, Mary Hiljbard, Beth Parrish, Valerie Brewer, Theo.
