In some cases there was a rise of £1 10s to £2. The yarding of fat sheep was smaller than usual, very few wethers being penned. Fat Cattle—Good quality bullocks brought up to £l7 ss, medium-weights £ls to £l6 2s Gd, lighter £ll 10s to £l3; best quality cows up to £l4 7s 6d, good quality £ll to £l2. medium £9 to £lO, indifferent sorts down to £3 15s, vealers £1 5a to £1 7s 6d, small sorts down to 15s.
