GOLF
TOURNAMENT HELD AT KAIKOURA ANNUAL FOURSOMES MATCHES For the third annual foursome open golf tournament arranged by the Kaikoura. Golf Club the weather was ideal on Saturday, but on Sunday a southerly wind was blowing. This made conditions very difficult at times. In spite of the weather some good cards were returned. Dr. R. L. Withers, president of the club, presented the trophies and Mr B. S. Trolove, for the visitors, thanked the club for its hospitality. Scores were as follows: Mixed Foursomes Handicap, 36 holes— H.
