ASPECTS OF REGISTRATION ACT OUTLINED Aspects of the Plumbers’ Registration Act were outlined by Mr H. W. Johnston, of Wellington, (chairman of the New Zealand Plumbers’ Board) at a meeting of the executive of the New Zealand Plumbers’ Federation in Christchurch yesterday. The meeting extended best wishes to the secretary of the federation (Mr D. I. Macdonald), who has been appointed to represent employers at the International Labour Conference m London in October. The chairman (Mr F. L. Horne) paid a tribute to the capable manner in which Mr Macdonald carried out his duties, and’ expressed the hope that his trip would be an enjoyable one.
