RESULT OF NATIONALIST POLICIES (UN I TED PRESS ASSOC! A. MOR COPTRIGHT.) (Received Sep 4 ember 12, 10 p.m.) LONDON, September 12. The Geneva correspondent of “The Times” says the League’s financial committee considers that the crest of world recovery is past. The committee emphasises the connexion between nationalist policies and trade depression, and states that the present upheavals are resulting in bad trade and unemployment.
