SHIELD AND CASKET MATCHES PROGRAMME ANNOUNCED The programme of matches for the interprovincial lawn tennis contests between Canterbury and Auckland for the Anthony Wilding Memorial Shield and the Kathleen Nunneley Casket, both of which will be played at Wilding Park on Friday and Saturday this week, was approved by the management committee of the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association at a meeting presided over by Mr J. Mercer last evening. Both trophies, which represent provincial supremacy among men and women players respectively, are at present held by Canterbury.
