ANTT-WAR PROI'AG ANI)A BLAMED LONDON, March 10. The Blue Book report on Army recruiting says 1934 was a difficult year, the intake being 3277 below 1933. "In some measure this was due to improved trade, but more particularly to anti-war propaganda;" adds the report.
