LEGAL ARGUMENT IN WHISKY CASE

(Received March 11, 11.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 11. Legal argument began to-day on the question of damages in the whisky action, B. Davis, Ltd. (London) v. Tooth and Company, Ltd., but was not concluded. An application was made to reopen the to enable fresh evidence to be tendered as to the sale value of Watson's whisky. Mr Justice Halse Rogers rejected the application.
