The glowing Communist menace <o Calcutta industrialism is reflected in a Bengal Government order today declaring illegal I,'J organisations involving many thousands of workers. The ban includes inland steamship workers, dockers, tram and railway unions and the Peasants' Country Party Widespread city searches have been made and arresls effected and documents seized. The many local strikes recently are believed to have been instigated by Communist organisations.
