BIRTH RATE IN VICTORIA
l Xl SEAL LOW LKVKL (Received March 8, 10.50 p.m.) MELBOURNE. March 8. The Government, statistician reports htat the birth rate in Victoria in 1934 was the second lowest on record. There were 27.828 births or 15.10 a thousand of population. On the other hand the marriage rate was the highest since 1027.
