In the Legislative Assembly. Mr W. F. Foster said that J. W. S. McArthur had circularised the de-benture-holders of the Investment Executive Trust and of the Southern British National Trust, and also , members of the Assembly, accusing - the New Zealand and New South Wales Governments of endeavouring to destroy the companies in order that the spoils might be divided among the friends of those Governments. Mr Foster asked the Premier i (Mr B. S. B. Stevens) to reply to these charges. In the absence of the Prenrer, the Minister for Justice. Mr L. O. Martin, said he had discussed the circular with the Premier.
