GERMAN CRUISER'S VISIT
♦ PROTEST IN VANCOUVER (Received March 5, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, March 4. Socialists, Communists, and allied bodies, in a mass meeting, made a protest against the visit of the German cruiser Karlsruhe to Vancouver on March 20 4 A committee was named to suggest a plan for preventing the visit.
