MONEY FOR VOTE SPLITTING LONDON, March 4. The political correspondent of the 'News-Clvonicle" declares that the associates of a well-known millionaire are prepared to spend £200,000 in forcing the resignation of Mr Ramsay Mac Donald and the withdrawal of the India Bill by running independent Conservatives at by-elections, forming true-blue Conservative organisations and holding demonstrations throughout the country. The political correspondent adds that the Government's reply will be an official announcement soon that Sir Kingsley Wood (PostmasterGeneral) is to be appointed unofficial Minister for Government Propaganda with a special staff.. He will also co-operate with the Conservative central office and the Liberal National and National Labour committees. .
