The following changes in the Police Force are to be made: —Sergeant D, Vaughan (Dunedin). transferred to Timaru; Sergeant J. McCrae (Port Chalmers), transferred to Taihape; SeniorSergeant I. Mathieson (Timaru), transferred to Port Chalmers; Constable Forsyth (Green Island), promoted to sergeant and transferred to Dunedin: Constable D. Austin (Greymouth), promoted to sergeant and transferred to Dunedin; Constable J. Scarry (Moera), promoted to sergeant and transferred to Dunedin; Constable Buchan (North Dunedin), transferred to Balclutha.
