B RITAIN'S TRADE WITH RUSSIA
NO NEGOTIATION'S FOR FORMAL TREATY (Received March 5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 4. In the House of Commons, Sir John Simon, in answer to a question, said that no stops had yet been taken to supersede the temporary trade agreement between England and Russia made in February, 1934, with a formal trade treaty. ' He could not say whether the subject would be discussed during his visit to Moscow.
