CRICKET ; A match was played on Saturday between East Coast and Kaikoura teams. Kaikoura made IGB runs and. the Coast 74 in the first innings and 149 in the second. Rollason 15, L. Rollason 12. Bowls At. the bowling green on Saturday Lovelt. I'\ Clark. Washington and Hayward (West. End) 30 beat Barker, Hansen, Trudgeon, and Johnston (East End) 20. On Saturday next four rinks from Seddon will play against Kai- | koura. There will be a women's rink from Seddon participating in the play. Personal Mr and Mrs J. C. Mills, Wyndham. who have been the guests of Mr and Mrs A. C. Scott, "Waikene," have left for Blenheim and the Sounds. Mr and Mrs H. T. Wilkinson (Christchurch) are the guests of Mrs H. Mackle.
