The February meeting of the Wil-lowby-Eiffelton Women's Institute was held in the Willowby Hall, with Mrs E, Pearce presiding. The motto chosen for the month was "To-day is the harvest of yesterday and the seedtime of to-morrow." It was reported that good's to the value of £7 16s 3d had been sold for the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, and Mrs P, Sheehan was thanked for the interest she had taken in the sale. It was decided to send a letter of condolence to Mrs Cain ana a letter of sympathy to Mrs J. Congratulations were extended to Mrs Moffatt, the authoress of the lyric "Hail, New Zealand." Mesdarnes J.
