Sections 39-40. 42 and 43 of THE RABBIT NUISANCE ACT, 1928, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the RATEPAYERS' LIST for the BOARD'S DISTRICT has been DEPOSITED at the MAGISTRATE'S COURT HOUSE, CHEVIOT, and a TRUE COPY thereof at the BOARD'S OFFICE, 192 Hereford street, CHRISTCHURCH, for inspection without fee. In accordance with Section 44, subSections 1-4 of the said Act, any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter or of the emission of any matter therefrom of the ai'oresaid Ratepayers' list, may object by lodging with the Clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Cheviot not later than three days before the date fixed for such hearing an objection in writing under his hand setting fcrih the grounds for such objection. A copy of such objection shall at the same time be lodged with or sent by registered letter to the Secretary of the Board. The Magistrate has fixed TUESDAY, 2ND APRIL. 1935, at 11 a.m.,,. at the Magistrate's Court House at Cheviot, for the hearing and determining of ail objections, and to alter cr correct the list which may be proved to his satisfaction as the case may be, and his decisions shall be final and without appeal. The list so corrected shall be signed by the Magistrate as conclusive evidence that the persons named therein are the Ratepayers set forth therein. Such list shall come into force immediately afte>- the same is so signed, and be the Roll of the Electors of the Board's District until a new roll comes into force. A. E.
