WiUialS productions, the first of 2 £iU <*«» » S season at Theatre Royal to-day, has Wconsented to judge the cm tion and will be present at both Mannequin Parades arranged £ connection with the competing mm MISS JOCELYN HOWARTH What you have to do is to obtain an entry form from Hay's Millinery Department and fill in, in the spaces provided, numbers denoting the order of attractiveness—as decided by you-of eight hats which will be on display in the Department. The person who places the hats in the same order or that nearest to Miss Howarth's choice will win ihe prize of £2 2s. An Entry Form will cost 6d and will entitle yon to attend the Mannequjn Parade either on Tuesday, March 5, or on Thursday, March 7, at 3 p.m. The Parades will be principal!; a* showing of the new Coats aid Millinery, but a special feature of the afternoon will be a Bridal Display, the Frocks for which*' were made by Hay's Ltd. for t recent Christchurch wedding; the mannequins for this will be from the Jessie Dickson School of Dancing. Two members of the J. C. Williamson cast will also be present at each parade and will display the actual hats in the competition. The competition closes at 3 p.m. on Thursday,-March", the winner being announced at a later date. You can either pay for your entry form in the Millinery Department at Hay's or can obtain a form, either through a telephone order (32-023) or by asking for one in the Department and paying for it on day of the parade. Admission to each parade will be by Competition Entry Form. A blank form may he handed in. if desired, by those wishing to attend the parade, but not to enter the competition. Country residents and others not able to attend the parades may submit their entry forms, provided each is accompanied by the fee of sixpence.
