CONGRESS IN MELBOURNE NEXT MONTH NEW HEADQUARTERS TO BB OPENED The eighth annual meeting of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, which will be held in Melbourne shortly, will be marked by the opening of the new headquarters o the college on March 4. The College of Surgeons' building, which has been erected on the site of the old Mod School, Spring street, Melbourne, will be officially opened by Sir Holbiff Waring, president of the Royal Co . lege of Surgeons of EnglandHenry Wade, surgeon to the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, will represent . Royal College of Surgeons of burgh, and Dr. Donald C. Balfo > professor of surgery of the Universe of Minnesota, and chief of the surg staff of the Mayo Clinic, will repre sent the American College of geons.
