Hullett, the retiring chairman, presided last night. In accordance with a request from the Students' Association, a neiy constitution had been drafted, which • was adopted by the meeting. A vote of appreciation for its good work was accorded the outgoing committee. Annual Report. . The tpi)tli annual report disclosed that the past year had. been a successful one, as was indicated by the numbers attending lectures and excursions. Lectures had been given, by Mrs Allan. . . rne tt, Mr Morrison, and Mr Hutchinson, while Professor Saddler's presidential address had . attracted a lecord audience. Both students' evenU l ®® proved very successful, Mr T. JiiOsterneld - winning the president's prize. . -During. the second term excursions had been arranged to the Public Hospital, the Devondale Dairy, Kempnorne, Prosser's works, and the Zealandia Soap Works.
