CANTERBURY COLLEGE BLAZER.

STUDENTS' BALLOT TO-DAY. In recent years there has been an increasing divergence in the Canterbury University College blazers made by the various Chmtchureii firms, particularly in the pocket monogram, which is in the form of, the college shield in colours. As a result of thic, last year's executive of the Students' Association decided to take the matter up, and were eventually made for uniformity. At tho same time the executive proposed, that a plain maroon blazer without the usual gold cord edging should be considered, and the matter was brought up for discussion last week at the annual meeting. The members present at the meeting, however, were so sharply divided into two schools of opinion, and feeling rah eo high on both sides, that it was decided to bold a ballot. A formal ballot will therefore be conducted to-dav in the meeting room of the Students' Union, between the hours of 9.4,5 a.m. and 11.0 a.m., 2.!}0 p.in, and 4.0 p.m., and 6.30 p.m. and 8.0 p.m. to determine whether tho Association's official blazer shall have plain edges or remain unchanged.
