It was decided to repair,-the bathing shea at Gore Bay which had been extensively damaged by the recent heavy seas. Consideration was given to E. G. Wood's application for permission to erect a gate across Moody street, Goro Bay. As no objections had been received to the Council's advertised intention, permission to eject the gate as desired was granted, the gate to remain at the pleasure of the Council. The Special Order, abolishing the riding accounts, was confirmed.
