ALLEGED THEFT.
A TOWN CLERK CHARGED. (FBXBS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 15. James William Harbord. of Upper Hutt, was arrested yesterday and charged at Upper Hutt with stealing various moneys, a total of £lOl9 17s Id. the property of the Upper Hutt Borough Council. HarborS was remanded to Petone.
