MR DE VALERA'S POLICY.
LONDON COMMENT. (UNITED FRE3S ASSOCIATION—BY F.LICTBIO TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, March 13. The "Observer" says: If Mr fie Yalera breaks a solemn pact by abolishing the Oath of Allegiance, Great Britain will in nowise tro alarmed either by the abolition or its propagandist repercussion in India or South Africa, But she will not pretend to ignore it. She will undoubtedly intimate that 'n the economic organisation of the Empire just beginning, allegiance and preference go together. If Ireland can disponse with her honour, England can better dispense with Irish produce, ana if the issue is forced Upon her England will do so without compunction.
