REDUCTION FAVOURED. (press association telegram.) WELLINGTON, March 14. Tho following resolution was passed at the recent annual conference of the New Zealand Branch of the British Medical Association, held at Auckland : As it ?» clear that a review of tho hospital system in New Zealand must shortly be made in the interests of economy and efficiency, possibly involving fundamental changes in the system, tins branch reaffirms its desire to give every assistance to this endThis branch considers that tho formation of a Central Hospital Board is desirable, and. further, is in favour of legislation to limit and reduce the number of hospital districts.
