LIBERIAN TROUBLES.
REPORT TO LEAGUE. (BKITIBH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) ■ RUGBY, March 10. The British Cllarge d'Affaires, Mr Monrovia, in concert with other foreign representatives, addressed on March 7th urgent representations to the Liberian Government in connexion with reports of continued persecution of the Kvu population by the Government forces. The result of these representations will be communicated to the Liberia Committee of £he League of Nations Council.
