* A CANADIAN LOAN. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) OTTAWA, March 8. Mr B. B. Bennett (Prime Minister) announces a Dominion loan of 6,000,000 dollars to destitute prairie farmers, to sow crops and care for stock. Three hundred thousand Saskatchewan farmers are receiving direct relief at present.
