SHIPPING NOTES. The Gale arrived last night from Wans;*' nui, and will- take in i-argo for Dunedir. and Timaru. She is due back Sunday, and is to load on Monday for Wellington, Pifcton, and Wangamii. The G. H. Scales Company's chartered niotor-ship Ardcnvohr is due her« this mornins from Wellington to continue lnadinff for English and Continental ports. She is to s*il- on Friday evening or on Saturday for Port Chalmers for further loading. The Tees was expected to arrive pt Lytttflton about midnight last night from the Chatham Islands. She is to sail to-morrow 011 the return trip. The Waipahi should arrive here tomorrow from Gisborne, and is to sail in the evenini fo* Danedin, Oamarn, and Timaru. She is due back on Thursday, and will load for Napier and Gisborno. The John is timed to load here on Saturday for Wellington, Waneanni, New Plymouth, gild V>'aikato. > The Parera should arrive at Lyttehon on Sunday from Gisborne, and is to sail on Jfou<iay afternoon for Waikokonu, Tolaga P<ay. T< komaru Bay. and Hick's Bay. The Totara is an expected arrival here on Saturday from Westport. After discharging coal she will sail for Westport. The Waimarino should arrive here on Tuesday from Portland. Auckland, and Wellington. She is to sail the same day lor Dundin The Norfolk, -which sailed from Auckland on February 11th, arrived at Panama on Thursday, and left on Friday for London and the West Coast ports. Stormy weather has recently caused consluerable delay to shipping at North Island ports. The Port Brisbane', under "charter to the Shaw. Savjll Line, has been unable lo •work at Gisborno for three days; and is Klill standing off the coast. The vessel experienced .'.try rough weather during the last 24 hours of the trip. Tb<) Taranaki discharged London cargo at I'remantlc, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Captain C. Wood is in command and Mr A. Ireland is chief officer. TANKERS FOR LYTTELTON. The Shell Oil Company's tanker Sargona is now due here to-morrow from Wellington to continue discharge •' of her motor spirits from Singapore. The Texas Company's tanker New Zealand is expected to arrive at Auckland this morning from Los Angeles.
