TEES DELAYED. The Tees has been delayed at the Chatham Islands and was to have left there last evening for Lyttelton. Advice has been received that the "Union Company's Maunganui left Sydney on Friday for Wellington. She is due there this morning, and will leave again to-night for Auckland, thence next Friday to Sydney. OTIRA'S DEPARTURE. The Shaw, Savill Company advises that the Otira is now to clear Auckland finally at daybreak to-morrow *or Southampton and Lcndon, via Panama and Kingston. WIRRAL LEAVES NEW YORK. Advice has been received that the A. and A. Line chartered steamer Wirral .eft New York on February 28th, and Hampton Roads the following day, for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia. She is due at Auckland on April sth. Wymen js in command of the Canadian National steamer Canadian Conqueror; ..due at Lyttelton later in the week, from Halifax, via Auckland and "Wellington, and his officers are: Chief, Mr H. Hawkins. Captain A. Reed recently reported from holidays, and has relieved Captain G. A. Gray, of the Kaimiro, for holidays. Mr H. A. Brockett ha 3 been appointed chief officer of the Knretu, relieving Mr J. Dawson for further orders. Mr M. R. Tregale recently joined the Kanna as chief officer. Mr N. J. Siepen, late chief officer of the Kakura, is at present awaiting instructions at Sydney after holidays. PORT ALMA FROM LONDON. The C. and D. Line motor-ship Port Aima was an arrival at Lyttelton yesterday from London, via Panama and Suva. The Port Alma sailed from London on January 21st and had a . moderate to fine weather voyage, which was uneventful She arrived ut Suva on February 29th and loaded' 2800 cases of bananas. - The Port Alma brought the following passengers: Misses E. Dornbush (for Sydney), Misses C. H. and M. Hill Jack (for Dunedin), Profe«or D. Sommerville and Mrs Sommerville (for Wellington), Mrs McMillan and child (for Christchurch), Mrs Wilkio (fdr Wellington), Mr and Mrs Hintz (for Auckland), Mrs E. Statham (for Australia), Mr T. Richards (for Auckland). Mr A, C. Barnes, Director of the Agriculture Department, Fiji, and Mrs Barnes joined the shin at Suva and ave travelling to Auckland. Captain S. W. Hayter in in command of the Port Alma, and Dr. McMillan came out as ship's surgeon. RANGITANE AT SOUTHAMPTON. The Rangitane, which left Wellington oil January 30th, via Panama, arrived ut Southampton on Friday morning. ZEALANDIC LOADING. Having completed discharge of her Liverpool cargo, the Shaw, Savill motor-ship Zealandic left Dunedin st noon on Thursday for Picton, where she arrived on Friday -to commence her Homeward loading. She will later complete at Napier, Wellington, Port Olialders, and Bluff. The Zealandic is to clear Bluff finally on. March 23rd for Southampton and London, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. THE MAHIA. To complete her Homeward loading the Shaw, Savill steamer Maliia arrived at Wellington late on Thursday afternoon from Napier. She is to "clear Wellington to-day for London, via Panama and Kingßton. KIA OR A LEAVES BALBOA. Advice has been received by the Shaw, Savill Company that the Kia Ora, en route from London to Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, and Nelson, left Balboa last Tuesday morning. She is due at Port Chalmers on March 25 th.' ARDENVOHR DELAYED. G. .H. Scales, Ltd., advise that their chartered motor-ship Ardenvohr was delayed at Napier by heavy weather, and was due at Wellington on' Saturday afternoon, t<s con- ' tinue loading- wool.
