AVIATION CARNIVAL.
EVENTS AT NEW PLYMOUTH. (SKXBB ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 5. The week's aviation carnival concluded at New Plymouth on Saturday evening, when 2000 people witnessed the Taranaki Aerial Derby. The' three and a half miles event was won by J. Myhre (Christchurcb) from N. Isaac (New. Plymouth). ; The aerodrome, the freehold N rights of .which were recently acquired by the Aero Club, was officially opened by Mr G. M. Spence, president ot. the New Plymouth, and New Zealand Aero Clubs. .
