The Unemployment Committee of the International Labour Office adopted a resolution recommending, measures with a view to restricting the discharge of salaried employees and fixing the lion s of work in commercial offices, urging the desirableness of continmng overtime only if technical, seasonal, or accidental requirements make it necessary.
