IRISH LABOUR PARTY'S ATTITUDE. (united press association— by electric TELEGRAPH —COPraIGHT.) LONDON, March 3. "Labour will only support Mr E. dc Valera's Government if it gives definite preference to economic and social questions,". declared Mr William Norton, the Irish Labour Party leader, in a speech at Sligo. "Jf_ Fianna Fail forget their election promises they will go out in 24 hours." REPUBLICAN POLICY. DICTATION , NOT TO BE TOLERATED. (Received March 4th, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 4. Mr E. de Yalera, replying to Mi; Norton, said the Manna Fail "would not tolerate dictation by any outside group. Republican leaders, according, to the Dublin correspondent of the "Daily Mail," hold that the abolition of the oath of allegiance must be their first step. This, they say, need not occupy more than a few hours, and therefore it will not-delay the new Government's economic programme. _
