Mr E. de Yalera, replying to Mi; Norton, said the Manna Fail "would not tolerate dictation by any outside group. Republican leaders, according, to the Dublin correspondent of the "Daily Mail," hold that the abolition of the oath of allegiance must be their first step. This, they say, need not occupy more than a few hours, and therefore it will not-delay the new Government's economic programme. _
