' 'Whereas Loans to the amount of raised-by the Waimairi County Council for the purpose of Electrical Reticulation in toe 'Main Area' of the Waimairi County, became due and payable on the 10th day of 1931, AND WHEREAS the accumulated Sin*! in* Ponds provided in respect to such lioans is insufficient to repay the full amount of same, the sum of Sixteen thousand eight hundred pounds (£16,800) >* requUed £or that purpose, NOW THEREFORE the Waimairi County Council in .exercise of the powers vested In it in that behalf by the 'Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, the Local Bodies Loans Board Act, 1926, the conßont of the Local Bodies' Loans Board dated December 11th, 1930, the Walmairi County Council hereby resolves by way of SPECIAJj ORDER.— "FIRSTLY to borrow the sum of Sixteen thousand eight hundred pounds (£l6.»uu;, for the purpose of paying off the said Loan. '•SECONDLY that the said ■ Sixteen thousand eight hundred pounds (£lo,BOoj shall be repayable on the 10th day of January, 1951; or such earlier date as may be determined by the Council.
