A claim fop £63 8s 2d for damages causedto a baker's van.in a collision with a motorcar at the corner ot t Avonheßd road and Hawthorndfenroad, on June 10th, 1930, was heard, when'Stacey and Hawker, Ltd. (Mr W. F. Tracy), claimed that amount from Thomas Dixon (Mr A. 0, Brassington); as agent,' of Hawthorn den road. Dixon counter-claimed for the sum of £BB 6a. Judgment wds given fop Stacey and' Hawker, Ltd., in the claim, for the" fall amount, with costs, and also in the counter-claim.
